Design a Logo for a US Window Covering Company

We are a custom windows coverings consulting company in need of a refresh to an existing logo. The new logo should be more of an evolution than a complete redesign.
The design should express traits of being approachable, professionalism, and class without being too "frou-frou". It should translate to different screen sizes - phone, table, computer. Our company name is "Divine Window Decor".
Additional information, including initial sketch, original branding package and color pallet provided upon successful selection.

Vector based Logo Mark suitable for Web and Print Use
Multi-color Vector based Text & Logo Mark featuring Company Name
All artwork to be delivered as Vector Art in Illustrator CS2 or later .AI file format.
Graphic inspiration: vines, initials, coat of arms, shield.
We are Adobe CS technical experts, but not graphics designers ourselves. 1 Day turnaround on initial proofs required.
