Design an online shop and improve an existing one.

I need someone to redesign the existing website and add a shop as an extension to the existing website, at the moment the main website is only displaying general information and services about the company, now I need to add a shop where the customer can look at products category, if he is interested in a particular product can add to the enquiry list with some comments/requirements, or he/she only enquire to this particular product. The products are around 12. The current website has around 7 pages. Skills required, -Someone who has done similar design in terms of shop, enquiries. -improve/suggest the main existing website and contents. -is self-started can really design website with his own touch, from looking at the content can know what is suitable, suggest few design to choose from. -Images/graphic creating correction designing -To work on all platforms and be reliable -Add relevant wording for search engines, so need to optimise contents that can have a good ranking -Reliable and honest and punctual. -Create end report showing/illustrating when small error/change needed I have already created documents listing all pages/category need to be added with images and photos and some descriptions, the designer would have an idea what is required than he/she needs to the work in a professional way. please ask questions.
