This looks like a Filament-native refinement job, I will work page-by-page using Filament v5's built-in primitives: Section + Tabs + Wizard for form hierarchy, Split columns and ColumnGroup headers for dense tables, toggleable columns with sensible defaults to kill horizontal scroll. Most wide-table issues in Filament come from every column showing at once rather than needing wider tables.
