Help with my business

I need help for a new business I'm planning on opening. By help, i mean I need a graphic designer and/or an illustrator, a finance manager and a website designer (although there isn't much work for u at the start, i still want you to be there with the team from the start). Also, you can suggest any other position that you deem necesary for the basic team for a new business, except a writer of any sort. I will discuss the details of what sort of business it is over private message. The catch is that I can't pay you right from the start. This business will not be launched instantly as there is alot of planning and work to be done still, so it will take say, atleast 2 months. So, this also means I won't or rather can't give out milestones too. But I plan on balancing this for you and I would discuss this first thing on the pm. So, please bid if you are not interested in instant money or highly paying job( for now), this is simply a matter of your interest. This is a rather long term job as you can guess, but u're not bound for hours or anything. Considering the highly tight circumstances you are working under, I will be giving you the utmost respect and you won't be treeated as merely an employ. I highly despise keeping profession attitude with my selected team since it is quite bothersome to always have to watch what i'm gonna say. It means you can act around me however you please. Again, this is not just a random job so only apply if you are NOT going to treat it as just a job but actually put ur heart into it as you all shall be my personal advisors as well :p If u read all this then please write "i'll help" at the begining of ur proposal and then type in whatever u wanna say, no pressure. I will consider each bidder without regard to experience or milestones or bla bla. Thanks.
