Joomla developer needed for enhancing a plugin functionality

I am looking for Joomla developer for enhancing the functionality of an already existing plugin for the user registration process of Joomla.
- The plugin should be extended in a way that it doesn't interfere with other plugins in the registration pipeline of Joomla.
- A configurations enhancements in the admin area should be developed as well.
The developer should have a solid Joomla components development experience and should be comfortable working with Git.
