Making my current Website in to a professional website and logo.

Project description: 1) The current website is [login to view URL] and i would like it be improve to look like the following websites: [login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] (a combination of these website design) 2) The improvement will not be 100% an e-commerce because no purchasing transaction will be done on the website. the objective of the improvement is for the user to have place where they can see our product line; all purchases will be done with our sales team offline. 3) The website need to be very simple/easy to use by the visitor. 4) The website will need to have a search bar at the top so customers will be able to put the specific product that they are looking for. 5) It will need to have a product management where i will be able to add/delete/ edit product categories, product pictures, product descriptions, and point of contact. It needs to be very simple to perform this task by me. (i am not a software Eng. or developer; i am an accountant and my knowledge in programming is very limited) 6) Our contact tab needs to be improved. 7) The developer need to create a logo for our company (it needs to be simple!!!!!!) nothing with a lot of colors or pictures. We are a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small business and we sell products to the US Federal Government. We do not sell to the public. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR CURRENT LOGO AND IMPROVE ON IT. 8) The developer need to create a "log in/create account" section where the user will need to input their information and wait for acceptance from us in order to become a certify distributor of our products. The acceptance will be done by our team and if accepted a special code will be provided to the customer so they can create a profile/account on our web. 7) The current website can not be down at any time during the project. Lead time: * We will be conducting interviews from 10/4/2017 till 10/11/2017. * The selection will be announced in 10/16/2017 * The project will start in 11/6/2017 * Expected lead time to complete the project will be one month. (Expected completion date 12/6/2017). IMPORTANT DO NOT CALL OUR BUSINESS PHONE LINE!!!!! ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE DONE USING THIS WEBSITE (FREELANCER).
