Merge Powerpoint Newsletter with AI template to make a PDF

This is a 6 slide (12 page) project, most of the graphics have already been created, please bid with final pricing, and do not send generic bid request. I would like to complete this soon. We recently had a newsletter layout created for our nonprofit newsletter. Unfortunately, the board member who wrote the newsletter still wrote and created it the old way as an 11.5in Wide, 8.5in Height powerpoint which he saves as a PDF, prints, and folds into a booklet format After discussing this with him he is fine having a graphic designer integrate the 2 together as long as we keep the same pages together on slide/page (11.5in Wide, 8.5in Height). Though it is one 11.5x8.5 page, I will use the term slide for this, and the term page for each page(half slide) as it is folded in half like a book. Included is the AI and source files for the original newsletter template. (NOTE: the source has the full size with the same background. This background needs to be on each page, except for the mailer page, so twice on the slide). In the AI file there are a few different structures for each page, please feel free to use these layouts or create your own as needed to make each page look nice. These will be smaller than the AI pages due to how he designed it. Summary 1. Merge the Powerpoint with the AI layout (background image, image boarders, and divider line, and header banners) to create a PDF. 2. Keep the powerpoint layout (11.5in Wide, 8.5in Height, and 2 pages on each one) (if you have a suggestion to make this easier let me know) 3. Each page needs the background image (except for the mailer page) 4. Feel free to rearrange text and images on a page to provide a nicer or more uniformed feel. 5. If there is just too much on a page, please let me know so I can choose what to remove. 6. Revisions if needed. Suggestions to ease this process would be greatly appreciated.
