I need a Power Point Designer

I am in need of making changes to an existing Power Point Presentation and adding more slides. I am a Real Estate Professional and had a beautiful power point presentation created last year around the topic of "Rightsizing." I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and many of my clients have a difficult time when they go to sell the home they have lived in for 25-30-40-60 years of what to do with all the "things" they have accumulated over the years. They look at "downsizing" as loss, having to give up something. Often times they become so overwhelmed, they do not do anything at all and then they have a major health crisis which making a move is even more traumatic. So, I created a presentation in an attempt to change the mindset and help get individuals jump started to begin the decluttering process. The changes that need to be done to this presentation is that Rightsizing needs to be an ongoing process vs. only when you reach a certain stage in life. The Marie Kondo craze of eliminating things that don't bring you joy has brought light to the fact that the decluttering process needs to be an ongoing process, not just when you are getting ready to sell your home. Our "things" often times control the choices and decisions we need to make vs. living life without being held down by the fact that we can't park our car in the garage because it's full of "stuff." Also, one area that I haven't covered but would like to do is adding some slides on Rightsizing the Home to keep up on maintenance items that are important to today's buyers. What I am seeing as a trend in my industry are homes that have been neglected and when Sellers go to sell their homes, they are either sitting on the market because of all the repairs that need to be done to the home or they are having a "fire" sale due to the poor condition of the home. So I wanted to add a few slides and/or. tips to help prepare a home for sale. Hope that makes sense. I need to have this project completed by Sunday, June 2nd as my presentation is on June 5th.
