Port Melbourne Yacht Club renovation

Dear Jin Y, good morning and good day, My name is Egija Krisjane and I am designer and I work on a behalf of my client. We are working on Port Melbourne Yacht Club - a space for different events - that will be renovated. As an assistance you can look it up in Google maps in Melb Australia to see the building itself in reality as this might give you an idea of the construction . The aim of renovation is just to freshen up the space by adding colours, design elements and changing some finishes. At this stage we would need 2-3 views/visuals of the Ground Floor Main Hall - the hall that you can see in current images. I have added for your reference (Could not add all images of the current space so it is easier for you to understand): -Building Plans - these are pretty poor quality documents but the only ones that we have. It will give you an idea how the building will look like, but remember, at this stage we need views/visuals from the Ground Floor - PMYC_Flooring Plan and Elevations_Furniture with dimensions, flooring pattern etc. and there you will find elevations and joinery drawings - Port Melb Yacht Club - Measurement - these are rough measurements based on what we did PMYC_Flooring Plan and Elevations - Images of the existing place so you get an idea of the space that will be just slightly changed with design elements. - Reference images with names for items - Concept Presentation of the direction of the place PMYC_Presentation_270419_For Visuals_Concept so you get an overall feel of how space might feel after the job is done; - Brief on exactly needs to be done.
