Rebuild My Web Site

I have a currently Web Site. This will be a Real Estate Company, already with Go Daddy. Must be able to connect to GoDaddy to have a working web site. This would be approximately for 50 Listings, and then area with 'Sold Properties" for the past 2 years. (click a listing with the sales price from the listing) This should be EASY to enter Pictures, (max 24), Headline, with Description, Listing Price, Address. It would have attributes with various area (acres, land size, type of utilities, Square Feet, bedrooms, Property Legal Description. I will send actual attributes. Would prefer to work in North America. I will submit with contract with the actual web site (approximately 15 years old)
