Require Wireframes in Adobe InDesign For Our Future App

We are looking for a wireframe designer for our future app. We will give you screen shots of the existing apps and sketches, and modification/customization details. You need to design those screen shots in Adobe InDesign and create Interactive PDF for us.
Serving Changes During Project Development:
This project will have enhanced features based on research (because any product cannot be predicted 100% upfront); so there will be obvious chance to add more editing during/after designing.
Payment Condition:
One full payment milestone will be created, which will be released on the completion of the project. We will not give you any portion of the payment before completion of the project. So please don't ask us to release you partial payments in the middle of the project or start of the project.
