Simple Administration Website for Weddings

We are a wedding photographer couple. One of our biggest strengths is the personal contact with our wedding couples. Either before or after the wedding itself. This Website should help us to improve and automatise our personal contact with the couple. For example: At latest 3 months before the wedding we contact our couple for an engagement session. 2 weeks before the wedding we contact our wedding couples to get all the important information we need for our photobooth (like logo, color, font, …). 2-3 days before the wedding we contact our couple by phone, so we can get all the details about the wedding day. After the wedding: Word of mouth is our most important marketing tool. Therefore it is very important for us to stay in contact with our couple (christmas, 1 year anniversary, …) With the time, we have seen a lot of couples come and go. As we do have a lot of pre-meetings there are a lot of things to remember. Names of the kids, bridemaids and groomsmen, pets, interests, … a lot of stuff. :-) We've identified 10 User Stories that should be developed in a first development cycle to improve our customer service. As a photographer I want to administrate wedding inquiies in one place so that I have an overview of all the opportunities and I can react according to them. As a photographer I want to administer my booked weddings so that I've got an overview of all my weddings. As a photographer I want to be able to see all details of a wedding with one click so that there is only one place where I have to look to get information from. As a photographer I want to have a short overview of all my upcoming weddings so that I can see what, where and whom is coming next. As a photographer I want to have a Dashboard with all the important information so that I have an overview of all key performance inidicators, my upcoming todos, calendar, upcoming weddings. As a photographer I want to be able to create a set of todos based on a templates so that all the todos get generated automatically and I can't forget important things. As a photographer I want to have simple filterable todolist so that I can sort and filter my upcoming todos by due date and wedding on my dashboard. As a photographer I want to have an overview of the booked package with optional extra packages of a wedding so that I know what packages have already been booked and I can send them offers for additional packages that have not been booked right now and I know how much money we are going to get. As a photographer I want to see the status of my invoices so that I've got an overview about my open and closed invoices. As a photographer I want to have a calendar so that can see all the weddings, meetings, engagement shootings and other appointments. Important things to notice All texts must be written in one file and should be easy to replace, as the final website should be in German. It's one of the most important things to have a modern and clean design. The design must be consistent (extremly userfriendly). All over the website there should be autosaves (Ajax). So it should not be necessary to click "save" after every change. The software becomes our ownership. Integration in Wordpress (Database and Website). So it should be written in PHP. The website must be easy accessable via mobiles (IPhone, IPad)
