Tri-fold Brochure Needed

I am looking for someone who can design a real estate brochure for me. I will send you the photos and the text. I am looking for a tri-fold design that is flat 17 inches wide by 8 inches high, then each panel once folded is 5.6 inches wide and 8 inches high. I want 1 photo on the front of the bi-fold and address above it and text below that. Then on the 3 inside panels 6 photos, 3 on the top of each panel, text box in the middle of each panel, and 3 photos below each photo. Then on the folded flap (backside of flat sheet), a photo, then text, then photo. Then the back panel to have my picture, and information. See images attached for general idea. Needs to be high end. Looking for very quick turn around time. Needing withing 16 hours.
