I have a youtube channel and would like to hire someone to help promote my channel/videos. The channel is about animations as well as reaction videos, top 10s, tips, hacks etc. The purpose is to help start me off on the channel. I will pay when I see proof of promotion and if I see the channel growing. The pay is $10 per video growing to atleast 10000 views and 1000 subs (paid separately, so total pay is $20 if both goals are achieved).
