We are seeking a talented and creative freelance thumbnail creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually stunning and engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos and be able to work independently to produce high-quality graphics.
Responsibilities:

Design visually stunning graphics that grab viewers' attention
Use a variety of software and tools to create thumbnails
Collaborate with our team to develop thumbnail concepts and ideas
Stay current with the latest design trends and techniques
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a thumbnail creator
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with YouTube video production and optimization
Strong portfolio of work showcasing your design skills
Knowledge of YouTube's guidelines for thumbnails
