Convert site (3 pages) to responsive layout and new navigation elements (with jquery animation)

I need some assistance with adding the following UI elements to an existing online shopping site. The site currently has a fixed layout design which we'd like to transition to a responsive design which can be viewed across desktop, iPhone and iPad screens. The key user interface elements which I'd like help implementing include: 1 Adapt the current static layout to a responsive layout which automatically resizes to fill device screen (see attached screen designs) 2 Add Main Navigation menu to top left of screen. Menu slides from left of screen. - Main Navigation menu items to be populated by data from configuration file / php array 2.1 Add Shopping Bag & Wishlist menu to top right of screen. Menu slides from right of screen. - Shopping Bag & Wishlist Menu to load content from a separate php page ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) and should refresh each time loaded New UI elements / jquery javascript to be added to existing HTML templates. All graphic elements and static HTML pages have been created. There is no need to integrate with backend system - this project is just about adding the new functionality to the html page templates Login access to development server will be provided and code is to be uploaded there.
