Total of 130 Products. First product is completed as an example. See attached file for complete list. This project requires two parts.
Part 1. Product descriptions.
Product descriptions to be scraped from official or retailers websites and entered into a .csv spread sheet.
You will be supplied with a .cvs spreadsheet template with products covering multiple brands. Each product requires a correct html formatted product description, along with the product specifications.
This spreadsheet template was created in open office. To stop any potential conversion issues, create a new master spreadsheet and copy the data from the template into your new working master file.
It is important that the scraped description correctly matches the product and that no competitors, branding, contact details, or competitors links are included.
Scraped Html formatting need to remain intact. Best option would be to paste into Dreamweaver style WYSIWYG program first and once formatted nicely paste the data / description & specifications into the .csv template description field.
Part 2. Photo Scraping. - QUALITY IMAGES A MUST!
Each description must be accompanied with a photo.
The photo must be of a large high quality, Large sharp high quality images, not blurred or pixelated.
Not include not competitors watermarks.
Product photo must be saved and resized/placed into the supplied "[url removed, login to view]" template 1200x1200px and be saved as the name in the spreadsheet "Image Name" field found in the .csv template. Using photoshop, or a quality image editing program.
The official website most likely will be too small. If you do a Google image search make sure the product is the correct image.
The image is to be as large as possible, filling the space.
Image must not be distorted when resized. Keeping the aspect ratio.
Image to be saved as a .jpg at 100% compression quality. 300kb or larger.
All images to have white background.
This is the job I will be checking for quality of product descriptions and photo quality.
Please see the first product has been completed as an example and is attached as part of the zipped project file.
All images to be zipped up into a single folder per brands once job is complete.
