Implement static HTML template into ASP project

I have a set of static HTML files like this:

And I need to implement them into our custom ecommerce platform written in ASP.
I have access to .aspx and .ascx template files of our system.
I was doing this by myself but I don't have enough time to finnish this project so I am loking for help. I think that special ASP programming skills are not required. Basicaly it is only replacing HTML code that is in current templates with html from new templates.
Template does not have to be implemented exactly 1:1. I just need to change current default template to look 90% like the custom template. You can do some improvements to this template :-) Sometimes it is a bit tricky to merge javascript files from original template and custom template so you should have a good javascript knowledge.
There is also much more pages in the original template, than I have in the new custom template from graphic studio. I will also need to style these pages a little bit to match custom template style. CSS files are written in SASS.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript is needed! I also need to optimize it for speed, use as few javascripts and css as possible. We will have to remove all unused javascript and css lines on the end. (something will be used from original template, some from custom..)
