MapEditor for Google Static Maps - Point of Interest - Webadmin Tool

Hi, we need to add - based from Google Static Maps, Point of Interests from a Input Tool and store all Geo Location Points to database We need a Developer that use html, Bootstrap , Css, JS, nodeJS and create or show us tools that we can use in our Admin BackEnd to get the Geo Location P-o-I to our Database. Usage Sample file 1 : ( see picture ) Point A, B and C. The user set Point A, and B a distance Meter will show up in Yrd or Meter if the User set Point C the line will move from A to C and then B. A is ever the Start B is ever the End C, D or N will be points between. The GeoData of View Port ( map size and Detail deep ) needs to be saved The View needs to Screen Shooted with Vector Data and without the Pin Points and saved. The Points A, B, C... needs to be saved. If user set Point A and B, the Map view changed the Size and orientation to fit the size and view, the Point A is ever at bottom, the Point B is ever at the Top. This ViewPort needs to be saved. This MapEditor is used to re-map already knowing distances to geo-location PoI. If A and B is set in the Map, we need to compre the distance between A and B and do a correction if needed.
