reregister jquery and fix mixed http/https content

For some reason my jquery got unregistered then registered without version number and this error is showing up in demoed of browser at [login to view URL] Additionally I see reports that about a dozen files are marked as http not https but some of these I don't know how to fix. Project is to make sure 1. current plugin list is not causing the jquery issue and reregister jquery with correct version #, and 2 cleanup mixed content to https
