Web site with:

1- Landing page, with link to form 1 and form 2

2- Form 1 for a simple registration

3- Form 2 for a simple request

4- Database to store the data from form 1 and form 2

5- Module to send mails. Mails shall contain both verification links and information extracted from the previously filled forms.

6- Due to previous requirement, its also needed a very simple logic implemented to fill the e-mails.

I expect to start this project with one or few 1h meetings to align on expectations, milestones, dates, technology to use... before kickoff.

Web design shall be responsive and run great in both desktop and mobile browsers. Web design is also expected to be "beautiful", and to be able to judge if the design is "beautiful" I will supply 2 or 3 webpages that will be used as baseline in regards of visual expectations.

I expect support on launching the website to production.

I expect documentation to be supplied with the project, to guarantee new team members be able to smoothly join the project in the future if needed.

There is no pre-requirement on technology to use as far as is not outdated, its proved to be widely common and scalable.

More detailed requirements will be supplied in following stages.
