Healthcare Recruiter Needed for 3-Month Project -- 2

I'm in need of a dedicated healthcare recruiter for a 3-month project. The primary task will be to call prospective candidates in the USA and screen them for qualifications and potential job placements within our Vendor Management System (VMS) / Managed Service Provider (MSP). Key Details: - Focus on recruiting Nurses and allied health professionals. - Specific target qualifications include Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). - Experience in all healthcare settings is required for the LPNs. Ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in healthcare recruitment. - Excellent communication and screening skills. - Familiarity with VMS / MSP systems. - Work either full time or Partime Having access to hiring platforms and software would be needed. *This is a commission based contract. $10-$20 per each recruitment .
