Android/iOS Archery App - repost

I'm looking to create a exact clone of this app ([login to view URL]) in terms of functionality and features. I'd need to have new graphical and audio assets so it does not look like a complete copy. For this, you can use stock audio/graphic sites but the design style HAS to match. While everything looks simple, it needs to look high quality. This will eventually need IAP built in (second phase, additional projects will be needed) as well as theme designing. Not in the initial version but to keep in mind for future releases. This project will be award to the applicant with knowledge of some physics engine (for the arrow volley), a firm grasp of the English language (most communications will be done via chat/email but I cannot have instructions lost in translation) and ability to be available for 1-2 hours a day for catch up (not necessary but preferred).
