Beautiful photoshop illustrations for a top-end animated video

No animation skills necessary. We are creating a mock ad (just for our portfolio, not client-work) to add to our reel. Seeking an illustrator to create assets in photoshop that our animators can animate using After Effects or other software. If we like your work, future promotion guaranteed once we launch the studio this summer.
For this specific task, you will develop a mood board and palette, then illustrate the assets for 10 scenes of this short animation. This involves collaborating with me and another animator.
What we’re looking for:
1. Good eye for design, color, aesthetic, and flexible in style
2. Skilled at creating color palettes, moodboards, and style guidelines
3. Organized in labeling assets/layers in photoshop
4. Can respond to feedback with adjustments within 48 hours
