illustration of pain

Hi We are looking to have 4 different illustrations of PAIN. This pain is not very intense but disrupts the daily routine of individual who is suffering from it. (the individuals male or female images used, must be Europeans or Americans, not Asians). The pain involves some emotional but more of a physical nature which is pinching and disrupting daily activity. The illustration must be an artistic work depicted in a creative way. (Note: please see Florian Nicolle’s work and the way he portrayed emotions and pain) The illustrations must make the audience feel the intensity of pain. Target audience are surgeons who perform abdominal surgery and the pain is chronic post-operative pain due to surgery The illustrations will be used in a campaign on a small scale and if we go ahead with the project proposed, final illustrations will be bought with copy right to distribute. We would need initially a story board type illustrations to present to client and if the business is won (for which there are 90% chance as it’s an existing client)the actual creative work would be ordered to be designed and delivered in high resolution printable and web formats. Please let me know if you can do this with cost and a time scale? We would however need the story board of 4 illustrations by 18th of October 2017.
