I need an illustrator to do the front and back cover of my book

I am working on a poetry book. I am looking for someone to illustrate the front and back cover of my book. On the front, the image I was thinking of is a black background and everything else drawn in white lines, with the title "Voodoo" near the top and the "oodoo" written with phases of the moon. Beneath this, I was thinking the outline of ocean waves. If you believe it would look good, add specks of stars, but only if it doesn't look too cluttered. On the back of the book cover, an outline of a whale (maybe just the tail coming out of the water, whatever looks best, feel free to make it a bit abstract).
