Instructional Design for Blended Learning Programs

**Title:** Senior Instructional Design Consultant (ADDIE, Blended Learning, Certification Programs) **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to support the structuring and design of SME-developed content into high-quality instructor-led and blended learning programs. Our SMEs are actively developing content. At this stage, the requirement is for a strong instructional design partner who can transform this content into structured, outcome-driven learning experiences aligned with global standards. **Key Requirements:** * Strong experience applying the ADDIE model in real-world learning program design * Expertise in adult learning principles and learner-centric design * Experience designing instructor-led training (ILT) and blended learning programs * Familiarity with IACET standards or equivalent continuing education/accreditation frameworks * Ability to work with SME-driven content and translate it into structured curricula **Scope of Work:** * Structure and sequence SME-developed content into learning pathways * Define clear learning objectives (aligned to Bloom’s taxonomy) * Design ILT and blended learning experiences (including activities, assessments, facilitator guides) * Develop assessment strategies and measurable learning outcomes * Ensure scalability and consistency across programs **What We’re Looking For:** * Experience working on certification-focused or professional education programs * Demonstrated portfolio or case studies of similar work * Strong consulting mindset (not just content development) * Ability to bring structure, clarity, and instructional rigor **To Apply, Please Share:** 1.
