G’Day Designers, I am looking for assistance designing our new home for our 1+ hectare gently sloping site. I am looking for someone to collaborate with, that can introduce new ideas and inspiration ? I have an overall design concept, that I having been playing with for many years, I’ve done a number of variations and models myself… all around the same theme. Three pavilions… southern master with WIR & ensuite, central open plan living pavilion with longe/dining/kitchen, 3rd has spare room, rear study/sun room, laundry, 2nd bathroom. Above, and set into the rise, a lower ground that contains parking, workshop, man & lady caves☝️ Basic size is around 5x10 master, 7x12 main & 5x10 3rd, basement is 20x10’ish, all will be subject to sensible size to $ considerations. Simple flat skillion roofs, rising to the front, with glass facing wall to view over cane fields. I have attached shot of site with position sketch (not to scale) + two ‘inspiration’ shots. The fourth shot has been our weekend build project over the last few decades ! My design, around a lot of recycled materials and a steel frame, A labor of love… and yes we do like a bit of glass, ! I don’t have the time luxury this time, the new project has a build window of 12-18 months, commencing mid 2023.
