US CPA Leads needed - by Peerfly mostly

We are looking for a provider that can generate CPA sign ups for email and zip submits. This is a short-term trial project that may lead to further projects in the future. NOTE- Please only bid on this project if you are confidant you and your team can provide up to and over 200 quality CPA leads/sign ups per day, for the duration of the trial. *LEADS MUST BE QUALITY, 100% USA TRAFFIC AND REAL. NOT BOGUS.* In other words... *NO You can't hire other people to fill them for you. *NO Don't get your friends to sign up. *NO Rotating IP addresses. *NO Fake Emails. *NO Fake Zip Codes. *NO Duplicates sign ups. *NO Fraudulent sign ups. *NO Automated Methods. *NO Cookie Cleaners. *NO Black Hat. *NO Use of proxy servers. *NO Craigslist. *NO Auto Bots or Software. *ONLY quality sign-ups *ONLY unique and confirmed E-mail Addresses and Zip Codes *ONLY unique and confirmed IP addresses *ONLY 100% USA Traffic WE REQUIRE anyone interested in this job posting to provide a minimum of 50 test leads with in a 24 hour period. I understand this may be a difficult task for most, but this is necessary to prove you or your team have the skills needed to complete the high volume of lead generation we will require. You will also need to explain how you plan on tracking each of the offers you will be promoting. All leads generated by you or your team must adhere to the following terms: Leads Must Be: - Unique and confirmed E-mail and IP addresses only. - No duplicates sign ups, No fraudulent sign ups. - These Must be REAL People who are interested in What ever is being promoted - ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT or CRAIGSLIST SPAMMING! - NO use of proxy servers. - You must adhere to the specific rules and guidelines provided for each offer you are to promote.
