Need help with website

My website - [login to view URL] Its a music download website, Ive just started it. Everyone downloads music on the internet. There are many sites for that too. But the problem with those sites are horrible ads, captchas, waiting time etc. So, I thought why not I do myself a favor and make something for myself. And then probably everyone can use. So I designed PluggedIn. What I did - I didn't upload files or anything. All I did was creating a totally awesome PHP script which scrapes the internet for the music files and stores them in the database, which one search displays it in an easy format. Now since Im going to keep it ad free, and no hassles or anything for the user experience to be high, I need to find investors. Im ready to give in a small part of the website, as well as add their name. If you invest after reading this, less price same share. If you get me an investor after reading this, u get half the investment amount. Im looking for anything between 50-200 USD for investment amount as of now. And hopefully partnership will continue once the site gets good traffic. Which I am sure of, I have already found out good advertisers who are ready to advertise in popular markets for free. :) If you any questions also please do send me a pm. :)
