We are looking for experienced freelancers who can help us with our goals to set up this new designed website to get the readers from our old blogspot website to our new site and attract advertisers. 1: Increased visitors (visitors = books readers) 2: Increased ranking in organic search results 3: Increased visitors from [login to view URL] 4: Increased ROI from visitors WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR PACKAGES, WE WANT TO PAY FOR RESULTS. We need someone who can do ABSOLUTELY white hat techniques, no grey or black hat SEO please. - Quality one way backlinks should relate to site topic on high quality PR ranked relevant sites - No spam methods - No fake profile building techniques - No use of automated software or bots - No links from under construction pages - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, css redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters and so on. I guess you understand what I am talking about. - No link farms, traffic exchanges, link exchange programs or web rings - No paid traffic sites - No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites etc. - No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandboxed. - Link building must be Panda and Penguin friendly - Link building must be from USA sites only (or higly site topic related sites) - All links must be do follow links - Limited outbound links on the page where the link resides - No "false" traffic from "fake" sources.
