What are you bidding on This tender is for a single test project for a basic website (6-7 pages) which has very little SEO work on it already, there is not much competition on the keywords so it will be a good test of your SEO foundations. We will shortlist all the entries to three candidates and then send them the link to the site and ask them to tell us what they would do to improve the ranking etc and then select the winner from that list. We will keep everyone’s submissions on file, so if it doesn’t work out with the winner then it will be offered to the second place person and so on. No java/Jump Scripts, cloaking etc. Inspect competitors to identify keywords they are targeting/ranking Inspect current site and identify what preforming where and identify areas which could be improved. Look at existing analytics and estimating traffic increases that are possible. Constantly keep up to date with google updates to algorithms (caffeine, Panda) Strong understanding of social media, facebook campaigns etc. Create and implement correct link building strategies. Create, manage and enhance google adwords campaigns. Experienced in optimising for other search engines (yahoo, bing, etc) Understand how to target one country on some projects and worldwide on other projects. Well organised and being able to prioritise and manage yourself with minimal supervision, I do not believe in standing over an experts shoulder and micro managing. Understanding written English is essential, it does not have to be your first language but you must be able to understand my emails and respond.
