Create High DOMAIN Authority Backlinks

We have a few sites that require backlinks, 2-5 sites in total. We do not want real spammy backlinks, trying to be a bit white hat. We will set some guidelines as to what we will call acceptable, the rules will not be too arduous. Examples: no children sites, no porn site. Must be high domain authority sites. Mostly sites from Canada, some USA. We will want some .edu backlinks as well.
We will require the successful freelancer to create 30 brand new email addresses. We will provide several key words or phrases as well as several different short descriptions that you will use in profiles.

The initial bid is for 2,000 high quality backlinks.
Freelancer will have to log a report of the work done, sites, user name, email address used, domain authority, etc as part of the project in order to be paid. Project will be broken down into milestones for each 500 backlinks created and approved. Unapproved, Broken or bad links must be fixed.
