Digital Marketing Manager

I am looking for an experienced digital marketing manager who is able to get results with ROAS of 5 and up. I am a new agency owner. I am in the process of prospecting for clients and I need someone who will be ready at any moment to setup Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads. You will be creating prospecting (cold outreach) and retargeting campaigns (those who have visited the website), in addition to custom audiences/lookalike audiences based on an email list if provided.
You will need to know how to research target audiences(Facebook) and keywords (Google)given the niches I will be presenting to you (contractors, automotive, retail). I will be receiving some information from the client, but you will need to be able to expand on what is given to us, providing me a list of what other options you think will fit.
We will be working with local businesses in the United States. I will be paying $300 - $500 per client. I'd rather pay a fixed fee because all that is required is a setup of the ads, an additional payment will be granted if the customer wants to explore other audiences and locations.
I really need someone who has proven results. This will be an ongoing project. I am a new agency owner looking to build a team in the near future. As I grow and close more clients, more will be given.
Please note: This is a results driven position. We will be working with roofers, plumbers, car dealerships, and retail customers looking to onboard to ecommerce.
