Hello there. I have just bought a franchise from "Club Z! In-Home _tutoring" and started a small business. I have been through a couple of months of training and many legal operational procedures. Please find attached an image of the map of my territory.
I have researched about the different ways of marketing, and due to my very limited budget, I have been advised to stick to only internet marketing, and perhaps some Road Signs. In terms of the internet marketing, which pertains to this project, I have been advised that SEO would be rather a long term strategy and requires having my own website. I have a couple of mini-websites on [login to view URL], including [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] that are up already and [login to view URL] which is being worked on. Each of these mini-websites have only 6 pages. And I have been told that these mini-websites would not be a good fit for SEO and that I would need my own website so I can have more pages.
In result I have decided that for the time being my only focus will be PAY-PER-CLICKS PPC`s. I am seeking for immediate leads in order to be able to keep the company going. I have been through a few months of spending out of pocket, and after paying a big sum of money to buy the franchise, and months of not making money, I am in need of immediate clients and leads.
I know that big companies would take your money and would spend a small fraction of that to pay for your ads, and they pocket the rest to maximize profitability. I am seeking for an efficient/economic marketing.
Also one thing to mention about my location and my territory is that it rather an odd ball, since it covers 4 general cities and regions. First one is the Beverly Hills, Bell Air and Westwood area which is considered West Los Angeles, but it is only a fraction of West Los Angeles. Second part is Malibu. Third part is the south part of the San-Fernando-Valley, including Tarzana, Encino, and Sherman Oaks. Oh and Calabasas also is considered San Fernando Valley. And finally the forth section is the north-west of the San Fernando Valley, which includes Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Simi-Valley, and Moorpark. Unlike the first three sections that are all considered parts of county of Los Angeles, The cities mentioned in the forth section are in the county of Ventura County. That is something to consider in terms of creating ads for PPC, in a way that each one of the 4 regions need to have their own ad pages and PPC`s.
I have been offered a few proposals from big companies that wanna charge an arm and a leg for each click, to small business individuals who have offered very competitive rates. I I decided to to visit my old pawl Freelancer hoping I can find the most fit company/sole proprietor to work with me, and help me start getting immediate leads from PPC.
I do prefer local bidders whom I can meet with in person. But I am also open to video chatting with, and remote communications, as long as the results are amazing.
Hello, since you dont have your own website you can not do SEO however you can do PPC, Social Media Marketing, Press Release and Guest Blog postings which will bring you a lot of leads.
