TTS is a fast growing international company specializing in test delivery, with a network of ~200 test centres. Headquartered in London, UK, our clients include some of the largest global players in computer based testing. We will soon be launching a new strategic initiative: ITTS 360, an end-to-end testing service providing standardized methodology, a computer platform and expert support to all parties involved: candidates, test sponsors and testing centres.
To support our growth, we are seeking a talented student or fresh graduate with few years’ experience in the role of Service Support Officer. Supported by our 360 team, You will be working with our clients – both candidates and test sponsors – to set up, deliver and grow great testing services throughout our test centre network. To accomplish this, you’ll need:
- Reliable communication skills in English. Other languages are advantageous
- A genuine interest in providing great services, with a structured, continuous improvement mind-set
- Previous experience in computer based education or testing platforms is highly advantageous
- Interest in learning complex computer applications in full detail
- Dealing with problems independently, beyond job descriptions
- Interested in learning and building web based API interfaces to link systems. Previous interfacing experience will be instrumental
The successful candidate will be provided classroom training and continuous coaching from senior colleagues. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely or home most of the time.
