At Worklo PSA our candidate pipeline is growing fast, so we are adding three recruiters who can run the final HR call for every applicant. I will send you the calendar invites, the structured interview script, and the résumé; you join the video meeting, guide the candidate through the questions, keep the conversation professional and warm, then upload your notes right after the call. Expect six to ten interviews per week. The pace is steady but flexible—we schedule around your stated availability—and everything is done remotely. Because most of our clients sit in U S, Canada, and LATAM time zones, I have a slight preference for North or South-American based recruiters who can match those hours without awkward shifts. Clear, confident communication is non-negotiable, as is a dependable internet connection. Prior experience hiring engineers, QA analysts, or DevOps talent will help you hit the ground running, but what matters most is the ability to follow our script faithfully while still listening actively and probing when something sounds off. Compensation starts at $10–$20 per hour; as the company scales, so will our collaboration.
