I need mobile app development, for android and ios using flutter

Hello, We would like to design an interactive map with my listing. Our map will show sustainable businesses and environmental researchers nearby the user. By clicking on the icon on the map the visitor is able to listen to a short podcast interview of the company/person. I was wondering if its possible to embed an audio files in the icon/listing icon on the map? Or do we need to download an extra plugin and connect it to the My listing Theme? And we would love to know if the web-app still plays the audio file if your lock for instance your iPhone? A web app and app
