Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Google TensorFlow or Dr. Watson and there are many chatbot technologies which enable us to develop AI/NLP based chatbot. I need to develop a chatbot which has following qualities 1) Location aware - It know where it is integrated (site/IP/location) so it provides site specific information - How to come to your physical store for example if we put this chatbot on that location's site? 2) It should be automated and Natural Language Processor enabled - no human intervention from seller/site side but it can understand natural language from user/website traffic.. 3) Should be learning on its own from new answers/data we feed. 4) Scalable Architecture.. Can be deployed in dozens of stores/sites all under one umbrella 5) Configurable / Administration - We should be able to change flow per chatbot/location. I need to decide soon on this. I have a demo to show in mid Sept so I will decide in this week. In your bid, you must show one example of such chatbot (AI/NLP enabled) with technology you are comfortable with. Give me some examples what it can do unique. Your bid quality (content) will allow me to award faster. No copy and paste bids please. Use password "NLP Chatbot" in bid. I would need you to show one AI/ML/NLP sample chatbot (even sample input output) in a week so bid only if you are confident and can show me a sample (even hello world kind chatbot in a week)

NLP Chatbot: As soon as I read your subject line it suddenly grown interest in me, as you can go through my LinkedIN profile you'll see I was working for a chatbot company which used to deal with big financial enterprises and I was the NLP Engineer there. Starting from Dialogflow (Tensorflow), I have used JAVA stack as well for deploying a chatbot. The things which you mentioned starting from Location tracker to a scalable architecture, like back in my previous company we have been using scalable architecture which is universal across all platforms.
