HTML 5 UI Design

We already have application made for windows we are making the same application for smartphones using phonegap we need the almost exact design of the app as like the desktop app. the design should be in html5 and should work with all devices which phonegap supports it should fluid design so it adjust tablets as well you will deliver a working phonegap app with just the design and dummy data the delivered app should work samelessly with app devices supported by phonegap please only bid if you have much experience with phonegap and html5 Thanks
