Creating and Deploying HTTP Live Streaming Media for mobile

We are seeking to contract an individual to create and deploy HTTP live streaming on Apple & Android mobile devices via Wowza hosting (open for discussion) Streams need to be published (usually with external encoders) with certain codecs and profiles supported by Apple: [login to view URL] Web based flash encoding is not currently supported by iOS so external encoders must be used. We have been able to get mostly there, but not completely there, see below for further details. We are open to anyone, anywhere, to complete this task. Objective:- To deploy the incoming rtmp streams from [login to view URL] by the client to http format to be viewed on apple devices. To transcode the rtmp streams to http streams using appropriate transcoder. To write a transcoder in java-xuggler to convert the incoming streams into H.264 format for apple devices. Your Role:- To deploy appropriate transcoder to convert the incoming rtmp streams from video whisper to http streams to be viewed on apple devices. Code to be written:- 1. We used wire cast to stream from our webcam with the wowza streaming server to deploy the streams on apple devices. 2. We tried using IP TV live transcoder to convert the streams coming from video-whisper into http streams to be viewed on apple devices. This was successfully implemented for our streams. 3. We even used a java code in xuggler to transcode the video-whisper streams to http streams to be viewed on apple devices. 4. We also tested the live streaming and video on demand with wire cast and wowza to apple devices which was successfully implemented. Dependencies: 1. The stream which we are getting from video-whisper plug-in is in flash, apple device are not compatible with flash. 2. We can stream on Apple devices if we get stream before the video whisper plug-in. 3. Problem in this is that we can’t display the chat window with the stream, the chat window is integrated with the live stream by video whisper. If you have specific experience regarding videowhisper plugins, that is a plus. thank you!
