Expert Javascript and C# programmer to convert Javascript Encryption function in C# to generate same output

I have one javascript aes encryption function I need it to be converted in C# in order to get the same output from my C# desktop application. I am attaching the Javascript coder as well as the function I have created. Need the same out put for same input. When I run this function for lencrypting the 123456 it generates the jvYWNkANUAkYOSEbuJxv1w== as output I need same in the C# function also. I am attaching the javascript files in [login to view URL] the main encryption function is there while in [login to view URL] the encryption function call is there. I have tried replicating the same in C# that project also I am attaching.

I need same output in the C# as generated by Javascript for any given input.
