Javascript and CSS code for twitch alert

I need an alert for my twitch stream that fills my screen with an animated gif flying across the screen multiple times and playing a sound effect for about 20 seconds every time a person subscribes. It would need to link into the Twitch API so that the name of the subscriber can be shown and the alert triggered. I have the gif and the audio assets; I just need the coding completed to make them fly across the screen at multiple speeds and all over the place.
Aside from the gif flying all over, I want one large one which moves from one side to the other, revealing the name of the subscriber. The name would fade out after the final gif leaves the screen.
