Moodle customization in Quiz activity

I need to make some modifications to the Quiz activity. 1. There should be Previous Page Button and Next Page button (We will keep One question per page) 2. Student should not be able to go to the next Page question unless the current question is answered. If the question is not answered then there should be a popup window (not javascript alert but AMD modals can be used) with message that "Please answer the question before moving to next question...' 3. Quiz navigation block from the top write is hidden. 4. Previous button should be available to move back to previous questions and Defered Feedback question behaviour will be used. Note: Javascript, jQuery or a pluging solution without modifications in core moodle files will be preferred. Please provide the quote and delivery time.
