React Engineer for Music Startup
Budget $8-15 USD / hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced React engineer to join our music startup team. Our platform aims to revolutionize the way people interact with music, and we need an engineer who is passionate about music and has the technical skills to help us make it happen.
Responsibilities:
Work with our product and design teams to develop and maintain our web application using React, Redux, and other relevant technologies
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
Collaborate with other engineers to ensure our application is scalable, reliable, and performant
Continuously optimize and improve the user experience by implementing new features and fixing bugs
Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering standards and practices
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React, Redux, and JavaScript
Experience with modern front-end build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint
Familiarity with back-end development and RESTful APIs
Understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for music and interest in the music industry
Nice to have:
Experience with server-side rendering and Node.js
Knowledge of music theory and audio signal processing
Familiarity with design patterns and software architecture principles
