Build a desktop touch screen application for Windows 10, that can run without a connection to the internet. The application will allow users to search a database of 240 MP4 videos using keywords in 4-5 categories. We already have the videos created and optimized for desktop and online playback. A video will play if the touch screen is not used for 3-5 minutes. When a user touches the screen it will reveal 12 tiles with a word or two that describes the basic manufacturing applications. This is the most basic search category. Users can touch the name/thumbnail for an application and it will display a list (thumbnails and short text) of the videos from that category (10-20 videos). Users can select a video from the list to play the video. We will also need a version of the application that can run online. I want follows; Desktop version of the application Responsive online version of the application
