snap a picture from java video capture stream

Need an applet to integrate into a Lotus Notes application that can connect to a USB webcam and capture single frames of pictures, storing them in jpeg or other common graphics format.

Best would be to have this delivered already integrated into a Notes 9 designed form. I don't mind if the user has to move the file from the OS in to Lotus Notes, but if you have Notes skills to integrate the applet, you will be chosen over others.

Something simple like this is fine!

I will have more work later... will need to integrate Stripe into Lotus Notes too using Java. Price / performance will be deciding factor for awarding of job.
