World Clock Widget

I am looking for someone to create a similar version of this World Clock - as a single webpage - not as a chrome extension. It should just be html, css, and javascript: [login to view URL] Just like the version above, the user should be able to add new timezones - specifying the display name and the timezone. At anytime, user should be able to drag and re-arrange and press+hold for a couple seconds to delete... no need for the user to be able to change the colors or edit the names. Instead of customizable color settings, I would like to just have 3 modes that the user can toggle between: (1) dark mode - black bg; (2) color mode - will use a preset array of colors; (3) day/night mode - the bg color for each timezone will be based on the time - night will use a dark gradient - day will use a lighter blue gradient. In addition, I would like to have user toggles for 24-hour format and showing seconds. It should be responsive as the page is resized. The configuration should be stored/updated using a cookie - so it persists when the user returns to the page.
