Phoca Gallery Public Upload

Don't Ignor my bid because I am from Bangladesh. I have good rating as a buyer. I know its a very easy task for Joomla Experts. Don't know why i can not solve it. We have a website where everything is working perfectly. Now the client wants public upload in phocagallery. Means anyone (visitor) will be able to upload image to phocagallery from frontend. It will not be published. Only admin will be able to publish images. I am ready to spend 10$ for this easy task. You just have to write me how i can do this.
