JSP transfer to a windows environment from linux environment

Hi I have a ecommerce website it was developed in JSP in a linux enviroment with resin. I need to have the site transferred to a windows environment with resin or tomcat This project simply involves grabbing the files off the current server, uploading to a windows server and fixing any problems that may arise during the transfer (ie ensure t he shopping cart still works). i can put the money in escrow and you will need to have a skype #id with a microphone because i cannot chat i prefer to speak over the phone
